This a fast acting mop on & mop off concentrate for stripping all water based emulsion floor finishes and sealers. Quickly penetrates and emulsifies old acculated floor finish buildups without machine scrubbing. No ammonia odor. Light stripping: mix 32 oz. into 1 gallon of water. Heavy duty stripping: Mix 64 oz. into 1 gallon of water.
