Barware Liquid Cleaner Gallon

Description

Specifically formulated for washing glassware in the No. 1 sink.  Designed with controlled suds cleaning and emulsifying agents for use with manual or power brush glass washers/  Glassware emerges clean spot free and odorless using no petroleum or fat type detergents that could leave an invisible film killing the beer head.  Contains water softeners to help reduce spotting in hard or soft water.  The combination of brush and barware cleaner effectively removes grease, lipsticks, protein and other residue ensuring complete cleaning and more effective sanitizing in the final rinse sink.  Use bar rinse DS-10 sanitizer for best results in the final rinse sink. Mix 2 oz. into a 3 gallon sink.
